Now Enrolling for Fall 2018!

Miss Linda's Preschool is now enrolling for the 2018-2019 school year. 4 yr olds meet Mon/Wed from 9:15-12:15 with Friday as a make -up day for holiday weeks and it is $85/mo. As of right now my 3 yr old class is full but they will meet Tues/Thurs from 9:30-11:30 and it is $65/mo. There is also a $35 registration fee which holds your child's spot and pays for supplies, snacks, and field trips.

I am a little slow posting this but I am now enrolling for the 2015-2016 school year.  My morning class is full but I have a few spots available in my afternoon class.  This class will be a mixed class of 3 and 4 year olds with the option of 2 or 3 days a week.  For 2 days it will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30-2:30 and is $65/month.  For 3 days it will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12:30-2:30 and is $80/month.

Summer camp

I am now offering summer camp for kids ages 5-9.

Each camp will start at 10:00am and will last 2 hours. They will include:  crafts, games, experiments, activities, snacks, & fun!

What makes Miss Linda's Preschool special?

Class sizes are limited to ensure that students are getting the attention they need.  I strive to put together the best curriculum possible to prepare each child for kindergarten.  My curriculum is theme based and offers a variety of learning methods each day.  Both classes work on learning the letters and sounds, numbers and counting (English & Spanish), shapes, colors, listening skills, social skills, and fine and gross motor skills.  We also incorporate story time, arts & crafts, science/sensory activities, singing, and physical activities.  The older class is also introduced to sight words and they take home literacy bags with activities that reinforce each letter of the alphabet. 

Even though this preschool is located in my home, it is set up specifically as a preschool!  We have a routine that we follow each day.  Newsletters, calendars, and scholastic book orders are sent home each month for your information.  Assessments are given 3 times a year.  Pictures are offered in the fall and spring.  We go on 2-3 field trips throughout the year.  We also have a graduation program at the end of the school year and portfolios are given to each student.
